Mouth ulcers are also referred as Canker Sores. Generally, mouth ulcer starts with soreness or burning pain, which is experienced most when the person is eating. BananaBanana is a good home remedy to cure mouth ulcers. Consume a ripe banana by mixing it with curd.
Guava leaves
Along with white catechu, chew some fresh and soft guava leaves, which will heal the ulcers within some days.
Basil leaves
They are frequently used as a basic ingredient in cooking. Studies have shown that basil leaves are an effective remedy to treat mouth ulcers. Chew 4 to 5 leaves to treat mouth ulcers.
Onion
Onion is a great source of sulfur so try to consume eat a fair amount of raw salad, including onions. You can directly consume raw onions and also add onions to other food preparations.
Coconut milk
To treat mouth ulcers, gargle with coconut milk 4 or 5 times a day as it helps in healing faster. To get better results, you can also add few spoons of honey in it.

Indian Blackberry
Grind fresh and tender leaves of the Indian Blackberry to prepare paste. Take one glass of water and mix this paste. Gargle mouth with this water to treat mouth ulcers.
Orange juice
Vitamin C deficiency may be a cause of your mouth ulcers. So, remember to drink orange juice regularly. Drinking 1 or 2 glasses of orange juice a day is sufficient. You can directly take Vitamin C pills if you don’t like oranges.
Peppermint oil
Peppermint oil has anesthetic property so dab some peppermint oil on ulcers to reduce irritation and pain of mouth ulcers. Use it only in small doses as it produces adverse effects in large quantities.

Acacia catechu (Kattha)An extract of the Acacia catechu plant, Kattha has caustic properties. In Ayurvedic medicine, Kattha is widely used in oral treatment. For the treatment of ulcers, it is utilized in many forms.
Terminalia chebula (Chebulic Myrobalan)

Fenugreek (Methi)

Emblica officinalis (Amla, Indian Gooseberry)
